Book a regular reservation for any Thursday during bluefin tuna season — the tasting menu will be available.

Chefs break down a whole bluefin in the dining room every Thursday from 6:00–6:30pm. To catch it, we recommend reserving between 5:30 and 6:00pm.
NOTE: No breakdown on Thursday, August 6th.
