  • Every Thursday evening, until the season ends.

  • Book a regular reservation for any Thursday during bluefin tuna season — the tasting menu will be available.

  • Chefs break down a whole bluefin in the dining room every Thursday from 6:00–6:30pm. To catch it, we recommend reserving between 5:30 and 6:00pm.

    NOTE: No breakdown on Thursday, August 6th.

  • Our bluefin is locally sourced, so the season depends on the waters. The menu runs as long as the season allows.

  • Yes — it rotates every few weeks, so there's always a reason to come back.
